When this error message appears in the merchant dashboard, it indicates that your TikTok Shop has already been authorized with a different account.
To continue using the CreatorBonus.com merchant dashboard, you can choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Log in with the original authorized account and continue using CreatorBonus.
Option 2: Revoke the TikTok authorization and reauthorize it with a new account.
#1 Log in with the original authorized account and continue using CreatorBonus.
After the authorization fails, the system will display the email address linked to the authorized TikTok Shop account.
You can use this email to log in and access the CreatorBonus merchant dashboard.
If you’ve forgotten the password, simply follow the instructions on the login page to reset it.
#2 Revoke TikTok Authorization and Reauthorize to a New Account
Step 1: Open and log in to the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Step 2: Locate the CreatorBonus app in the list of connected apps and click Revoke Authorization.

Step 3: Go to the CreatorBonus.com merchant dashboard and click Authorize again to reconnect your TikTok Shop.
