AutoCreator supports binding multiple TikTok shops.
There are two binding options:
Option 1: Automatically bind TikTok shop using the plugin
Option 2: Manually bind TikTok shop
Once your shop is bound, you can start your journey with AutoCreator.
Find Creators
AutoCreator has a database of 1.5 million U.S.-based creators and 20,000 premium creators in our own database.
AutoCreator supports multiple filter combinations to help you find creators that meet your requirements.
1. Find Creators through Filter Combinations
On the “Find Creators” page, users can filter creators based on different conditions.
AutoCreator allows you to save the filter combinations, making it easy to use them again next time.
2. Find Creators via Local Upload
Merchants can upload their own creator data list for management and updates.
Click on “My Creators” or “Company Creators” page, then click “Upload Creators” in the top right corner.
Creator Upload Template
Some fields in the creator upload template are automatically updated by the system, so users don’t need to maintain them (e.g., GMV, follower count, fulfillment rate, etc.). AutoCreator also supports user-defined fields.
Custom Field Requirements:
1. Custom fields are limited to 12 characters or 6 Chinese characters; column names can contain English letters, numbers, or Chinese characters.
2. Custom field content is limited to 500 characters or 250 Chinese characters.
3. Custom fields can only recognize text content.

Outreach
AutoCreator supports outreach to creators. Unlike other outreach software, AutoCreator allows you to initiate bulk outreach tasks from any device using just your browser.
AutoCreator does not rely on a browser or client to complete bulk outreach.
AutoCreator Outreach Methods:
• Express Sending
Send messages in bulk, reaching 2000+ creators in one minute. Supports sending text and image messages, and product cards.
• Standard Sending
Sends messages to creators at a specific interval. Currently, AutoCreator sends private messages with a 60-second gap.
When users create outreach tasks with text and image messages, AutoCreator splits them into two separate messages—one text and one image.
• Target Collaboration
AutoCreator supports sending targeted invitations in bulk to creators. It will split the batch of creators according to the shop’s maximum limit and generate invitation tasks. Each task will check if each creator meets the invitation criteria. Creators who do not meet the criteria will be automatically filtered.

• Outreach Template Management
Users can create tasks quickly using templates, making it easier to reuse the same settings next time.
• Scheduled Tasks
AutoCreator allows you to set up tasks with a scheduled start time. Once the task reaches the preset time, it will automatically run without any manual intervention.
My Creators
If you need to manage and follow up with creators, you can add them to the My Creators system. Creators in My Creators are visible only to your account; other accounts within your company cannot see them.
My Creators supports:
• Uploading creators locally
• Grouping creators
• Managing tags for each or multiple creators
• Initiating outreach tasks
• Sharing creators with other accounts in the company
Company Creators
The management functions of the company creator system are similar to My Creators, but once a creator is added to Company Creators, their information becomes visible to all accounts within the company.
Group Management for Creators
Both My Creators and Company Creators support managing creators by groups.
• New Creator
A creator can belong to multiple groups.
Any account can edit group names (rename, delete, create).
You can add/change groups for a creator.
If a group is deleted, the creators will still appear in the “All Creators” section.
Uploading Creators Locally
Both My Creators and Company Creators support local uploads.
It is recommended to use AutoCreator’s official template for uploads.
AutoCreator will match creators by their account name (Handle Name). You can view real-time details of the upload task in the task list via the browser.
Creator Tag Manage
1. Creator Tags:
There are personal tags and company tags.
• My Tags: Visible only to the current account.
• Company Tags: Visible to all members of the company and can be used by others.
Note:
• Personal tags can be converted to company tags for use by others.
• Company tags cannot be converted to personal tags.
2. Creating/Changing Tags:
When a tag doesn’t exist, click “Create Tag” to create it. By default, it creates a personal tag visible only to the current account.
3. Batch Editing Tags:
You can batch add or delete tags for selected creators.
Initiate Outreach Task from My Creators/Company Creators
Refer to the Initiate Outreach Tasks section above for details.
Add to My Creators/Company Creators
1. You can add creators from Find Creators to My Creators or Company Creators.
2. You can also move creators between My Creators and Company Creators.
Team Members
AutoCreator supports collaboration among multiple team members across multiple shops.
Users who register autonomously will have the Super Admin (Admin) role by default. The system will automatically generate an organization (the organization name is not visible yet), and the user account belongs to the current account.
Create Member Groups
• Only Super Admins can create member groups.
• Newly registered accounts should create groups to manage their team members.
Invite My Team Members
• Select a group, click “Invite Member,” and AutoCreator will generate an invitation link.
• New users who register via the invitation link will automatically join the group.
Assign Roles to Members
• Team members who register via an invite link will have the default role of Operations.
• Only Super Admins can assign roles to team members.

Shop Allocation
After logging in as an Administrator or Supervisor, you can assign shops to members.
Select a shop, click on the “Add Member” button in the top right corner to assign a member to the shop. The assigned member can then manage the shop and its creators.
Switching Between Multiple Shops
If a member is bound to multiple shops and needs to manage different shops, they can easily switch shops by clicking on the “Switch Shop” button in the top right corner.
