This Agreement is entered into by and between AutoCreator platform operator (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the users of the AutoCreator platform (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “user”).

This Agreement includes the main body of the Agreement and all relevant rules, policies, announcements, etc., that AutoCreator has published or may publish in the future. These rules, policies, and announcements are an inseparable part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main body of the Agreement.

1. AutoCreator provides SaaS services for merchants, including store management, influencer operations collaboration, process management, influencer discovery, and communication. The specific services are subject to the actual functions provided by the platform.

2. We have the right to adjust the services according to the actual situation, including adding, modifying, or canceling certain functions. Any adjustments will be notified to users in advance.

You must register an account before using the platform services. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, etc. If your information changes, you must update it promptly.

Your account is for personal use only and cannot be transferred, rented, or shared with others. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities conducted under your account. If you discover any security issues or unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to take actions such as restricting functions, suspending, or terminating accounts that violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement, and we retain the right to pursue legal action.

1. When using the platform’s services, you must not engage in the following behaviors:

• Posting or disseminating illegal or harmful information;

• Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or other legitimate rights of others;

• Unauthorized use or tampering with platform service functions;

• Engaging in other behaviors that violate laws, social ethics, or this Agreement.

2. You are responsible for your own conduct, and if your actions cause harm to third-party rights or damage to us, you must bear full compensation responsibility.

1. All content provided by the platform, including but not limited to software, page design, text, images, audio, video, etc., is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

2. You are prohibited from using, copying, modifying, or distributing platform content in any form without authorization.

We attach great importance to user privacy and the protection of your personal information. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the AutoCreator Privacy Policy. For more details, please refer to the privacy policy.

In the event of service interruption due to system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and restore the service as soon as possible.

We have the right to terminate the provision of services to you under the following circumstances:

• You severely violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement;

• As required by laws, regulations, or competent authorities;

• You voluntarily cancel your account.

3. After termination, your account and related data will be processed in accordance with legal requirements.

1. The platform is not responsible for any loss caused by the following situations:

• Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.);

• Losses caused by third-party services (e.g., TikTok API) failures or issues;

• Improper user operations.

2. While we will make every effort to ensure the platform operates stably, we do not guarantee the continuity or stability of the services.

1. The establishment, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the People’s Court where AutoCreator is registered.

We may revise this Agreement based on business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. The revised Agreement will be published on the platform or notified to you in an appropriate manner. Continuing to use the platform’s services means you accept the revised Agreement.

1. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still be valid.

2. The titles of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
